Healthy Chicken and Grains

Healthy Chicken and Grains Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 beans
1/2 mushroom
1/2 cabbages
1 cup Brussels sprouts
1/4 Pecans nuts
Pinch of sesame seeds
1 cup quinoa
1 cup lentil
5 pcs of almond
Chicken stock
Spring onions for garnish
3 chicken breast
1 whole onion
3 pcs of garlic
1 ginger
1 pack coconut cream
Procedure

Wash all the vegetables, cut mushroom, cabbage, Brussels sprouts. Stir fry in the olive oil with garlic and onion. Add salt, pepper and chicken stock, pecans and Chinese nut. Sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Bring to boil quinoa and lentils in chicken stock separately. Add salt and pepper. Garnish with spring onions.

When lentil is cooked, add almond, salt and pepper.

Cut chicken into cubes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and onion garlic powder. Soak the chicken in coconut cream. You can prepare this a day before.
5.
Stir fry in the olive oil with all the ingredients and mix with a packet of masala.
